Our service enables AI-assisted editing, combining, merging, or other transformation of images based on user input, in particular uploaded files and text inputs (prompts).

AI-assisted results do not replace technical, legal, creative, or other professional review.
Therefore, we do not provide any guarantee that generated or edited content is suitable for a specific purpose, free of third-party rights, legally unobjectionable, or factually correct, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Mandatory statutory claims and our liability under the applicable GTC and statutory provisions remain unaffected.
4. Users' Responsibility for Inputs and Content
Users are themselves responsible, within the scope of statutory provisions, for content uploaded, entered, or otherwise provided for processing, as well as for edits initiated through the service and generated results.
In particular, users must ensure that:
• they have the required rights to uploaded images, texts, and other content,
• no copyright, trademark, design, personality, data protection, or other third-party rights are infringed,
• no unlawful content is generated, edited, uploaded, or distributed,
• depictions of real persons are not generated or altered in an impermissible manner without required
consent or other legal basis.
This applies in particular to deepfakes, non-consensual intimate content, youth-protection-relevant content, and other criminal or unlawful content.
Further rights and obligations result from the respectively applicable GTC.
5. Reporting Unlawful Content / Moderation
We provide a way to report content that is allegedly unlawful or violates our terms of use.
If there are concrete indications of a legal violation or a violation of our GTC or usage rules, we are entitled to block or remove content, reject edits, restrict usage options, or block user accounts temporarily or permanently, insofar as legally permissible and objectively justified.
